The Kernersville Planning Board had quite a full slate of issues to discuss and development plans and rezonings to approve or deny at their monthly meeting on April 11 at the Kernersville Municipal Chambers.
While some of those in attendance voiced concerns over other issues the Planning Board was reviewing, about half of the courtroom was filled with individuals opposing an amendment to the Land Use Plan for property located near 7507 Watkins Ford Road at the terminus of Farm Creek Road and Carvie Smith and a rezoning for said property.
