BOA meeting

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen (BOA) will weigh in on an annexation, an amendment to the Kernersville Development Plan to amend the Land Use Plan, and will also have a public hearing on a rezoning case at their meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Kernersville Municipal Chambers.
The first item on the agenda will be a Voluntary Non-Contiguous Annexation Petition by James S. Blackburn for 1.543 acres more or less of property located at 7501 Watkins Ford Road. The area to be annexed is situated where the Town will be able to provide the same service within the proposed satellite corporate limits that it provides within the primary corporate limits of Kernersville.
