After hearing from parents and students who have been impacted by COVID-19 school closings, the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) Board of Education voted Thursday night to return middle and high schools to full-time, in-person learning beginning April 19.
The vote came at the recommendation of WS/FCS Superintendent Tricia McManus. Only board member Andrea Bramer voted in opposition.
