Rezoning approved

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen unanimously approved three items associated with a proposed business park on more than 150 acres of undeveloped property off Macy Grove Road during Tuesday night’s monthly meeting.
Up for consideration were an annexation, zoning text amendment and rezoning, all related to a total of 203.57 acres of land on Whitt Station Lane. For more, see the Thursday, September 9, 2021 edition.
