Rezoning approved

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen held public hearings for an annexation, an amendment to Land Use Plan and a rezoning for properties located on NC Highway 66 South at their meeting on Dec. 12 at the Kernersville Municipal Council Chambers.
Jennifer Smith Rolloson, Danny Eugene Smith, David Harold Smith and Estate of Nola Bernice Idol Smith requested a Voluntary Contiguous Annexation for 8.613 acres more or less of properties located at 1825, 1827 and 1831 NC Highway 66 South.
