Preliminary subdivision review

The Kernersville Planning Board conducted a preliminary subdivision review for a large property and approved a rezoning and site plan for a new Discount Tire to come to town at Monday’s meeting at the Kernersville Municipal Council Chambers.
A preliminary subdivision review was conducted for 138.56 acres of property located at the end of Whitt Station Lane and Whitt Road, South of U.S. 421. For more, see the Thursday, February 17, 2022 edition.
