Planning Board denies amendement

The Kernersville Planning Board voted against the recommendation of the Planning Board staff on a requested amendment to the Land Use Plan and a single-phase Conditional Use rezoning at the Planning Board meeting on Dec. 11 at Kernersville Municipal Council Chambers. The Planning Board also approved another rezoning, but removed retention of Industrial Corridor Overlay District for the property.
