Planning Board

On Monday, Sept. 11, the Kernersville Planning Board held their monthly meeting at the Kernersville Town Hall Municipal Council Chambers.
At this meeting, the annual vote for next chairman, vice chairman and secretary for the committee was motioned to extend to the October meeting due to an absence within the committee.
As for the public hearing for Zoning Docket K-809, request of a rezoning of property located at 0 Union Cross Road, directly across from Glenn High School, it was motioned and approved to rezone. For more, see the Thursday, September 14, 2023 edition.
