The Kernersville Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Kernersville Development Plan to amend the Land Use Plan (LUP) for two large areas of property and will be considering a Two-Phase rezoning for a larger related area of property.
Curtis Swisher, Agent for the Town of Kernersville, is requesting consideration of an amendment to the Kernersville Development Plan to amend the Land Use Plan from Traditional Neighborhood Development, Private Open Space, Private Recreation, Business Center, and Environmental Protected to Traditional Neighborhood Development and Environmental Protected for portions of non-addressed parcels on approximately 593.61 acres of property located along Teague Lane.
