Pegram lawsuit

A ninth man has joined a lawsuit against a former Kernersville man now serving time for sexually assaulting several young boys when he was a youth counselor at the local YMCA.
According to Don Higley, a senior litigation attorney with Lanie Law Group, the firm representing the plaintiff, documents amending the civil complaint on file have been sent to Forsyth Superior Court. An eighth plaintiff was added to the original group of seven last month.
