North Main zoning

The Kernersville Planning Board made decisions on amendments to the Kernersville Development Plan to amend the Land Use Plan for one major development on North Main Street and for properties located on Salisbury Street at virtual meetings on April 12 and April 14. As required by State Statute, agenda items that include a public hearing have to be continued for 24 hours to allow for public comments, which is why the meeting was continued to April 14.
