Next Step funding

Next Step Ministries (NSM) presented its annual report and funding request to the Kernersville Board of Aldermen earlier this month, asking the Town for the same level of funding it received last year at $10,000.
Executive Director Patty Sorrells provided the Board with her presentation remotely. Sorrells noted that she has been with NSM for about a year-and-eight-months, and that eight months into her tenure, the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
