New Planning Board members

Rodney Robles and Jeff Jordan have filled two vacancies on the Kernersville Planning Board and were in attendance for their first meeting on March 13 at the Kernersville Municipal Chambers. Robles and Jordan were added to the Board due to the passing of longtime Planning Board member and Planning Board Chairman Jim Waddell on Dec. 7, 2022, and the recent resignation of Planning Board member Christina Welch.
Town Clerk Keith Hooker solicited applications for the positions. Applications for the Planning Board positions were reviewed by a committee and the Board of Aldermen then voted for the new Planning Board members.
