New hotel approved

The Kernersville Planning Board approved the final development plan for 2.90 acres of property located at 1365 Stafford Centre Drive at the Board’s meeting last week. The property is located at the northeast corner of Stafford Centre Drive and Hampton Plaza Drive. Brent Sievers, Agent for Owner, requested approval of the final development plan for Ravi Desai, Agent for Opal Capital, LLC, Opal Development Fund I. LLC, PATCO SPE VII, LLC Owners.
The final development plan calls for a four-story, 96-room hotel with 104 parking spaces. For more, see the Tuesday, March 21, 2023 edition.
