Constance Angel Moore, 91, went home to be with her Lord January 14, 2016.
Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 2:00PM Sunday January 17, 2016 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel with Rev. Chad Shoaf and Rev. Drew Southern officiating. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
A native of Forsyth County, Constance was the daughter of the late Grace Mae Fulp and Charles Pinkney Angel. She was married for sixty-five years to the late Johnnie Lewis Moore who died February 4, 2012. In addition she also was preceded in death by her sister Callie Angel Corum, brothers Hersel, Hasten, Cletus, and J.P. Angel.
She had previously been a member of Sedge Garden United Methodist Church and currently was a member of Cherry Street United Methodist Church. She was retired from Western Electric.
Survivors include her children Phillip Moore and Terre of Naples, Florida, Denise Moore of Kernersville, and Jeffrey Moore and Laura of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren Michael Todd Moore, Ashley Grissom, Kortney Gunther, Ryan Moore, and Davis Moore; great-grandchildren Nick, Grace, Amanda, and John; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cherry Street United Methodist Church, 117 North Cherry Street, Kernersville, NC, 27284.
