Leigh J. McPherson, 56, passed away suddenly November 20, 2016.
A Cryptside Service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00PM Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Winston-Salem.
A native of Newport News, Virginia, Leigh was the daughter of the late Perry Chester Jordan and Daisy McNeill Jordan who survives. In addition to her father, she also was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Henry McPherson. She was a graduate of East Forsyth High School. She had worked for a number of years in the family business, K&S News.
Survivors include her daughter Jenna McPherson of Wilmington; son Benjamin McPherson of Kernersville; mother Daisy Jordan of Kernersville; sister Lynn Jordan Kelly and Jeff of Kernersville; niece Kristen Kelly Allen and Eric of Kernersville; nephew Michael Kelly and Loree of Colfax; and great-nephew Michael Jeffrey Kelly, III.
The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Tuesday evening at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home.
