Kernersville Cares for Kids (KCK) presented its annual report to the Kernersville Board of Aldermen earlier this month after submitting funding requests for the upcoming year.
KCK Board Member Dr. Reneé Rogers, a department chair at Forsyth Technical Community College, presented the aldermen with the organization’s yearly report. The local middle and high school anti-drug/alcohol program is asking the Town of Kernersville for $6,500 in funding for fiscal year 2021-22, the same amount the non-profit received this past year.
