Federal prosecutors have filed a response to a Kernersville man’s latest request to be released from custody pending trial on charges that he helped coordinate the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6.
In their latest filing, submitted in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia on September 1, the federal government continues to push back on assertions from defense attorneys for Charles J. Donohoe, 33, that he poses no danger to the public and that his role in the riot was minimal.
