Jerry Wayne Caudill, 53, passed away August 18, 2015.
Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 11:00AM Saturday August 22, 2015 at Main Street United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Parklawn Cemetery in Winston-Salem.
A native of Forsyth County, Jerry was the son of the late Lucy Mae Perdue and James Thomas Caudill who survives. He graduated from Parkland High School Class of “81”. Jerry was Manager/Chef at Fitz on Main. He also was Manager/Chef at Kermit’s Hot Dogs in Winston-Salem since April of 1979.
Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years Debra Snider Caudill of the home; son PFC Jerry Wayne Caudill, Jr. of Kernersville; daughter Alyssa Caudill of the home; father Jim Caudill of Winston-Salem; sister Patricia “Pat” Caudill of Winston-Salem; brothers Edd Caudill of Pfafftown, Dale Caudill of Kernersville, and Paul Caudill and Rhonda of Winston-Salem; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Friday evening at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel.
