Kernersville police have arrested two suspects in connection with recent armed robberies, according to a Kernersville Police Department (KPD) news release.
On October 9, James David Byrd was arrested on four counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, one count of assault on a government official, and one count of resisting arrest. Byrd was placed in the Forsyth County Detention Center under a $152,500.00 bond.
Police said on October 9, Chelsea Martin Byrd was arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Chelsea Byrd was placed in the Forsyth County Detention Center under a $20,000.00 bond.
