Brent Keith Walsh, 58, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, November 28, 2021 at his home.
Brent was born on October 29, 1963 in Duluth, Minnesota to David Anthony Walsh, Sr. and Edwardeen Stauber Thompson. He was employed by VP Buildings and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Brent was very active in his church. He was a member of Knights of Columbus. Brent enjoyed woodworking, playing sports, as well as traveling. He loved spending time with his family above all.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Brent is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Sharon Alexander Walsh; mother, Edwardeen Thompson (John); father, David Anthony Walsh, Sr.; 2 children, Lauren Olive (Taylor) and Alexander Walsh (Emily); 5 grandchildren, Alexis Olive, Makenzie Olive, Raegan Olive, Owen Brent Olive, and Boone Walsh; 2 sisters, Gretchen Martin (Mark) and Amy Brooks (Norm); 2 brothers, David Walsh, Jr. (Hope) and Mark Walsh (Kim); and his step brother, Ricky Thompson.
There will be a 12:00 pm Funeral Mass held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Holy Cross Catholic Church: 616 South Cherry St., Kernersville, NC 27284 with Father Jacob Mlakar officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church and other times at the home.
