USDA recall

A Kernersville-based business that produces homemade chicken pies is under a federal government recall, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced Friday afternoon.
According to the USDA, MawMaw’s Chicken Pies is recalling an undetermined amount of chicken pie and meatloaf products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The products contain milk and soy, known allergens, which are not declared on the product label.
