The Shepherd’s Center receives donations

The season of giving has not disappointed The Shepherd’s Center of Kernersville. This week, two donations were given to the nonprofit organization, one donated by the Kernersville Foundation and the other by the Kernersville Police Department.
“We are like every other charity in town, we live off of the charity and goodwill of everyone in town. This donation shows our community support both financially and implicitly. This helps make sure we are able to perform the duties we aspire to do,” said Thomas Canterbury, director of development with The Shepherd’s Center of Kernersville.
