The Crossing

The church formally known as First Christian Church Ministries has officially changed its name to The Crossing to match both campus ministries.
At the beginning of 2023, the name change was due to the confusion about the two churches and if they were together, Senior Pastor Pete Kunkle said.
“We have a satellite campus at Union Cross, and we decided to change the names so we would all be unified. So, when you’re talking about The Crossing at Union Cross, it’s also related to us. With First Christian and The Crossing, there was a lot of confusion about if we’re one church with two campuses,” Kunkle said. “So, we wanted to convey that we are one church even if we had more campuses than just these two. The Crossing is what we felt was a better name for all of us. Because our theme is crossing from death to life through Christ.”
