Surgical center

Should Novant Health be allowed to develop an ambulatory surgical center on the campus of Kernersville Medical Center that will serve patients in both eastern Forsyth and western Guilford counties? That is the question state officials will have to decide following a Certificate of Need hearing Thursday morning.
