Smith Crossing

Construction is moving along on Smith Crossing, an 84-acre mixed use development on Union Cross Road just north of Interstate 40.
Real estate developers Jeff Smith of I-40 Union Cross RE LLC and Chris Parr of Parr Investments, Inc. are working together on the $60 million project that is already seeing substantial progress on more than 360 upscale apartments and future retail development.
