On Wednesday, November 29, the Kernersville Board of Aldermen met at the Kernersville Town Hall Municipal Building.
Among items discussed during the meeting was discussion and consideration of a settlement agreement and release between the Town of Kernersville and BOMA North Carolina LLC.
“This property is known as Caleb’s Creek, and as the board all knows, this has been zoned since 2016 as a Conditional Zoning District. There have been a number of development plans approved for and has been construction pursuant to the 2016 Conditional Zoning Plan,” said Mike Thelen, an attorney representing the Town of Kernersville.
