Scott

High Point – Mary “Polly” Scott, 93, peacefully entered heaven September 7, 2016. Polly spent many hours volunteering at High Point Regional Hospital and the Humane Society. She sold ad-vertising for WNOS Radio station in High Point and was employed with John Pegg Auction Services until she got sick last year. Survivors include 3 daughters, Jerri Russell of Kernersville, Judy Reed of Franklinville, Debra Pegg of Kernersville, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Polly was a member of Jewel Baptist Church in High Point. Visitation will be held Mon. Sept. 12 at 1:00 in the church fellowship hall and the funeral service will begin at 2:00 at the church with the Rev. James Cain, Jr. officiating.
