Russell Radford

Russell Radford has worked on numerous projects the past 18 years to improve the Town’s infrastructure. His design work is featured on expanded roadways like Edgewood Drive and North Main Street, as well as the future Kerner Mill Greenway. He also designed the space known as the Ivey M.
