Redesign rezoning request

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen had only two questions for the people who want to create a “Traditional Neighborhood Development” along Hwy. 66 near Ogden School Road before unanimously approving the project as presented. They wanted to know why representatives with the Arden Group asked to voluntarily place additional restrictions on their already approved project and what kind of benefits the new neighborhood will have over the old design.
