The Kernersville Public Services Department recently appointed new leaders to several of its divisions, including the selection of a familiar face. Jonathan Wishart took over as operations manager in March after serving as stormwater manager for nearly seven years. Taking over for Wishart as stormwater manager is Wendi Hartup.
