Planning Board meeting

One Final Development Plan was approved and one rezoning request was denied at the monthly Kernersville Planning Board meeting on May 9 at the Kernersville Municipal Council Chambers.
John Martin, Agent for 408 East Mountain Partners LLC, owner, requested approval of a Final Development Plan for a total of roughly 0.33 acres of property located at 108 Davis Street. The Planning Board also addressed a rezoning from LI-S (Limited Industrial Special Use District) to GB (General Business) for approximately 0.52 acres of property located at 602 Fairview Street.
