The Kernersville Planning Board approved a rezoning and helped pave the way for a new business in Kernersville at the monthly meeting on July 11 at the Kernersville Municipal Chambers.
Michael Criscuolo, Agent for Bonnie Glyda, Harold Vance, Gerald Vance and Richard Vance, Owners, requested a Single Phase Conditional Rezoning from RS-20 (Residential Single Family District) to LI-C (Limited Industrial-Conditional Use District). The property is roughly 23.7 acres and is located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) northeast of the Town center near the intersection of North Main Street and Flynnwood Drive.
