The Kernersville Police Department (KPD) recently swore four K-9s into service to make the town and surrounding area safer.
The KPD’s new K-9 units consist of Officer Wemlinger and Rex, Officer Doub and Chipper, Officer Highfill and Vadyr and Officer Howard and Gronk.
The K-9s are trained to help the police department and the community in a variety of ways.
