Patricia Ruth Franke Jackson of Kernersville, NC transitioned into eternal rest and peace on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital from a long illness. She was born on June 3, 1953 as Patricia (Patty) R Franke, daughter of Elmer Frederick Franke and Joan Ann Franke in the county of Chester, PA. Patricia was a dedicated and very skillful administrator of which she earned at Berkeley College in White Plains, NY. Patricia went on to use those skills at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell in Stamford, CT., ISG Inc. Consultant (Randy Glendinning) in West Port, CT. and lastly, Volvo Logistics, NA, in Greensboro, NC where she was Executive Administrator to the CEO. Patricia retired to home life after Volvo Logistics.
Surviving to cherish her memory, a loving husband of 36 years Eugene H. Jackson Sr., her husband’s family of which I’ll name a few ( Steve & Regina Conway and family, Kim & Donna Conway and family, Janet Byrd & family, Veronica Anthony & family, Lazard Harrison & Terri and family, Earnest Harrison, Eugene H. Jackson Jr. and family, Jean Marie Jackson & family, Edward Jackson and family, Terrance & McCoy ), Numerous friends of which I’ll name some (Sherry & Baron Ogata and family of 40 years, Nancy Lo Nigro, Pat Hammond, Dean Meyer, Steve & Lisa carter, Paul Morrison, Brenda Johnson, Clem & Beverly Johnson, Peter & Barbra Shanahan of Maine).
There were numerous company people that Patty kept in touch with: Randy Glendinning of ISG Inc., and Stephen C. Mathis, CPA of Sills and Associates.
Patty and Gene previously resided in Bridgeport, CT. and relocated to North Carolina after retiring from IBM. Patty loved our home in Kernersville, NC.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Patricia (Patty) on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 1:00pm live at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home in Kernersville, NC and on their web via Tribucast live or at a later date.
