The Kernersville Planning Board will be holding a public hearing for a rezoning at the April 10 meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Kernersville Municipal Chambers.
Luke Dickey, Agent for Carolina Income Properties IX, LLC, Owner, is requesting a General Use rezoning for approximately 21.41 acres of property from HB (Highway Business) and LI (Limited Industrial) to BI (Business Industrial). The property is located on the north side of Industrial Park Drive, being all of PIN 6885-89-3309.00, located west and north of 1045 Industrial Park Drive. The surrounding zoning is predominantly LI and HB. There are parcels zoned RS12 (Residential) abutting the northwest corner of the property.
