Hastings Hill Food Mart

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is expected to make a decision at their meeting on Dec. 1 amending the Forsyth County Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map of Forsyth County for property located at northwest corner of Kernersville Road and Hastings Hill Road. A public hearing and consideration of zoning petition of Kripalu Abodes, LLC and Deepak Patel from RS9 to NB-S (Food or Drug Store) will take place for the property, which is approximately 1.21 acres. This ordinance is under consideration after approval by the City-County Planning Board of the site plan, known as “Hastings Hill Food Mart.”
