Golf cart shop fire

A golf cart shop on Reidsville Road in Walkertown was destroyed by a massive fire early Tuesday morning that saw flames shooting into the sky as crews battled for control.
McTron Inc. operates the golf shop at the location. The business is considered a total loss, with investigators estimating the fire loss to exceed $500,000. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
