Fulp

Mr. Robert Gene Fulp, 82, of Walkertown passed away Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born September 15, 1933 in Forsyth County to Julius Hilton and Nell Jones Fulp. He was retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company after 33 years of service and was an active member of Antioch United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Bumgardner and a brother, Jule Fulp. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Lena Lynch Fulp; two daughters, Dawn Fulp Godwin and Debby Fulp Barr and husband, John; and five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Godwin, Chris Godwin, Josh Godwin, Tanner Barr and Levi Barr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at Antioch United Methodist Church. Entombment will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
