Fatal collision

On Thursday, November 12, Kernersville police officers responded to the 700 Block of Piney Grove Road on a reported head on motor vehicle collision. A vehicle crossed the center line causing the collision and as a result, one of the occupants of the two vehicles involved was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The name of the deceased is being withheld until proper notification can be made to members of the family. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call (336) 996-3177.
