Disappearance remains a mystery

The image of the smiling young man seems familiar, but just slightly different. A logo in the bottom right corner indicates its origins from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The image’s significance becomes apparent when one reads the following post on the NCMEC Facebook page, made on Wednesday.
“Today marks (five) years since James “Martin” Roberts vanished from Boone, North Carolina on April 21, 2016. Tonight, we’re sharing the first age progression created by forensic artists at NCMEC showing what Martin might look like today at 24 years old,” the post states.
