Development plant approved

The final development plan for 8.90 acres located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Teague Lane and Ogden School Road was unanimously approved by the Planning Board. This was the second phase of a Two-Phase Special Use District Rezoning petition for a Caleb’s Creek project. The site is a designated mixed-use area that allows for residential, commercial and office uses. The developer is proposing 67 residential townhouses. The site plan includes the required public greenway along Teague Lane and Ogden School Road and the greenway along the gas line. No public streets are proposed. The site will be accessed off of Ogden School Road via a private drive with parking lots. The developer submitted building elevations for 12 styles of townhomes that will be incorporated in the proposed development plan.
