The transcript of a federal magistrate judge’s ruling in U.S. district court in Washington, D.C. on April 22 provides more details about proceedings involving a Kernersville man who has been charged in connection to the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6.
A grand jury issued indictments against Charles J. Donohoe, 33, and three others for conspiracy; obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting; obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder and aiding and abetting; destruction of government property and aiding and abetting; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; and disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds.
