Del Guidice

Evelyn W. Del Guidice, 80, went to be with the Lord August 16, 2016. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be 2:00 PM Saturday August 20 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville.
She was a native of Iredell County, born to the late Verda T. Watts and Jesse P. Watts. She was the youngest and preceded in death by 5 siblings. She was raised in Stony Point, where she graduated high school. She later went on to study at Mars Hill College.
She started her family in New Jersey before moving to Kernersville in 1968. She worked at R.J. Reynolds as a legal secretary until her retirement. She was an avid Bowler for many years.
Survivors include daughter Lorraine D. Swisher and Phillip; son Thomas Del Guidice and Sara; grandchildren Alexander Del Guidice, Catherine Del Guidice, William Swisher and Christopher Swisher; and many extended family and friends.
The family will visit from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service Chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice and Palliative Care of Forsyth County.
