A proposal to rezone more than 80 acres of land on the north side of Watkins Ford Road, near Farm Creek Road, to build a 216-home subdivision has been continued to a later date, allowing the developer and property owners more time to communicate with the surrounding neighbors before the project comes to a final vote of the Board of Aldermen.
