Forsyth County Department of Public Health Director Joshua Swift told the news media on Thursday that COVID-19 cases are going in the wrong direction.
According to Swift, there had been 82 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours and a total of 851 cases over the last 14 days. The average number of cases per day for the last two-week period now stands at 61 and the percent of positive COVID tests is creeping back up.
