More than a decade after the Caleb’s Creek development off Teague Lane received initial support fromTown officials, project engineers are back with a slightly new plan they hope to start implementing in 2016.
Project coordinators said they still want to build a combination of single and multi-family housing units and surround those parcels with a business/retail center, luxury amenities and plenty of outdoor activities to keep children young and old entertained.
