Boosters for under 5

The Forsyth County Department of Public Health (FCDPH) is now administering the Pfizer COVID-19 booster shots to children ages 5-11 following the CDC’s (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recent approval of the expanded eligibility.
“Anyone five and over can now receive a booster shot if it’s been five months since the completion of their primary series of the Pfizer vaccine,” said Todd Luck, communications specialist for Forsyth County. For more, see the June 2, 2022 edition.
