On Wednesday, November 29, the Kernersville Board of Aldermen met at the Kernersville Town Hall Municipal Building.
One of the items discussed in the Public Session is a consideration for a resolution that claims a lien against the property of Congress Gardens, Inc.
“The board voted several months ago to demolish the old Phoenix Inn that used to be the Dudley Hotel, then the Phoenix Inn. That has been done,” said Kernersville Town Manager, Curtis Swisher. For more, see the December 2 & 3, 2024 edition.
