IMG_20831-1 Greensboro – Larry “Fuzzy” Dean Watson, 67, passed away October 22, 2015 following a tough battle with Cancer.
Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 1:00PM Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Midway Baptist Church in Greensboro with Rev. Charles Mustian officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Surry County, Larry was the son of the late Sarah Jane Flannery and Joseph Enoch Watson. He had worked on Golf Carts, lawn mowers, and was a “Jack of all Trades.” He was loved by all who knew him in the community.
In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his siblings Roger Watson, Bill Watson, Bobby Watson, Roby Watson, Junior Watson, Virginia Cox, Flora Cox, and Wilma Cox.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years Judy Hill Watson of the home; daughter Tammy Stafford and Kurt of Colfax; son Michael Dean Watson and Dana of Winston-Salem; grandchildren Brandon Lennon, Johnathan Watson, Sarah Lennon, Joseph Watson, and Jack Watson; great-grandchildren Abigail Lennon and Talon Lennon; sister Faye Ellis and Wayne; brother Grady Watson; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the church on Sunday, and other times at the home of Tammy Stafford.
